No. 10/2009- Customs
सा.का.नि. 67(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं.66/2008- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 10 मई, 2008 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड (i ) में सा.का.नि. 359 ( अ ) , उसी तारीख से प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 67 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 25 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) , No. 66/2008 -Customs , dated the 10th May , 2008 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , sub-section (i) vide numberG.S.R. 359(E) ofthe same date, namely:
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 16 के सामने , स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि " कुछ नहीं" प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी ।
Inthe said notification, in the Table , against S. No. 16, for the entry in column (4) , the entry "nil " shall be substituted.

Note. The principal notification No. 66/2008 -Customs , dated the 10th May, 2008 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (i ) vide number G.S.R. 359 (E) of the same date and was last amended vide notification No. 115/2008 -Customs , dated the 31st October , 2008, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 759(E) of the same date.
