का.आ. 388(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पशुधन आयात अधिनियम, 1898 ( 1898 का 9 ) की धारा 3 क द्वारा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड (ii) तारीख 9 जुलाई में का.आ. 655 ( अ ) , तारीख 7 जुलाई, 2001 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय ( पशुपालन , डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग ) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना के प्रारंभिक पैरा के परंतुक में उपपैरा (ix) के पश्चात् आने वाले " 31 जनवरी " अंकों और शब्द के स्थान "31 मार्च" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण:-मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में का.आ. 655 ( अ ) , तारीख 7 जुलाई , 2001 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 794( अ ) , तारीख 28 मार्च, 2008 , का.आ. 1214( अ) , तारीख 26 मई , 2008 , का.आ. 1511 (अ ) , तारीख 23जून , 2008 , का.आ. 2303 ( अ ) , तारीख 29 सितम्बर , 2008 और का.आ. 2595( अ) , तारीख 4 नवम्बर, 2008 और का.आ. 2745 , तारीख 26 नवम्बर , 2008 , का.आ. 188 (अ ) तारीख 14 जनवरी , 2009 द्वारा किए गए थे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January , 2009
S.O. 388 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Livestock Importation Act, 1898 (9 of 1898), the Central Government hereby further amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii) dated the 9th July, 2001 vide S.O. 655 (E) , dated the 7th July , 2001 , namely:-
In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, in the proviso occurring after sub -paragraph (ix), for the figure, letters and word " 31st January " , the figure , letters and word " 31st March" shall be substituted.
