का.आ. 389( अ )-यतः मै. फ्रन्टियर लाइफलाइन प्रा.
लिमिटेड, जो तमिलनाडु राज्य का पूर्ण निजी संगठन है , ने तमिलनाडु
राज्यमें गुम्मुडिपुंडी तालुक की एदूर ग्राम सीमा , जिला तिरूवल्लूर में
जैव प्रौद्योगिकी हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना
हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) , ( जिसे
एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत
प्रस्तावकिया है;
और यतः केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त
अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा
अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने
तमिलनाडु राज्य में गुम्मुडिपुंडी तालुक की एदूर ग्राम सीमा , जिला
तिरूवल्लूर में जैव प्रौद्योगिकी हेतु क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन
के विकास , प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3
की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 28 नवम्बर, 2008 को
अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;
अतः , अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा
4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और
विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र
सरकार एतद्वारा तमिलनाडु राज्य में गुम्मुडिपुंडी तालुक की एदूर ग्राम
सीमा, जिला तिरूवल्लूर में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक
जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में
उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं , अर्थात्:-

Frontier Lifeline Private Limited , a fully Private Organization in the State of Tamil Nadu , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology sector within the village limits of Edur of Gummudipundi Taluk in the District of Thirruvallur inthe State of Tamil Nadu;

And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section ( 8 ) of Section 3 of the said Act , and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub - section ( 10 ) of Section 3 of the said Act for development , operation and maintenance ofthe sector specific Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology sector within the village limits of Edur ofGummudipundi Taluk in the District of Thirruvallur in the State of Tamil Nadu on the 28th day of November , 2008;
का.आ. 390 ( अ ) विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. फ्रन्टियर लाइफलाइन प्रा. लिमिटेड द्वारा तमिलनाडु राज्यमें गुम्मुडिपुंडी तालुक की एदूर ग्राम सीमा, जिला तिरूवल्लूर में जैव प्रौद्योगिकी हेतु विकसित क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति , जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं , अर्थात्:-
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones , Act , 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area within the village limits of Edur of Gummudipundi Taluk in the District of Thirruvallur in the State of Tamil Nadu , comprising of the survey numbers and the respective area in hectares given inthe table below , as a Special Economic Zone , namely :-

का.आ. 391 ( अ )-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 2 फरवरी , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस तारीख को मै. फ्रन्टियर लाइफलाइन प्रा. लिमिटेड द्वारा तमिलनाडु राज्य में गुम्मुडिपुंडी तालुक की एदूर ग्राम सीमा , जिला तिरूवल्लूर में जैव प्रौद्योगिकी हेतु विकसित क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 2nd February, 2009 S.O. 390 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for biotechnology sector Special Economic Zone within the village limits of Edur of Gummudipundi Taluk in the District of Thirruvallur in the State of Tamil Nadu developed by M/ s . Frontier Lifeline Private Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members , namely : ---

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of February, 2009 as the date from which the sector Special Economic Zone for biotechnology sector within the village limits of Edur of Gummudipundi Taluk in the District ofThirruvallur in the State of Tamil Nadu proposed to be developed by M/s. Frontier Lifeline Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
