सा.का.नि. 70 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 610ग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) , खंड (ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित निदेश देती है कि-
(1) धारा 220 में ,-
(क) उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) में, " तीन तीन प्रतियां" शब्दोंके स्थान पर, दोनों स्थानों पर जहां जहां वे आते हैं " एक प्रति " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) परंतुक में, " प्रतियां " शब्द के स्थान पर, जहां- जहां वह आता है " प्रति " शब्द रखा जाएगा;
(ग ) उप- धारा (2) में, " तथा उसकी उन प्रतियों से " शब्द का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ii) धारा 303 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) में " दो प्रतियों में " शब्दोंका दोनों स्थानों पर , जहां जहां वे आते हैं, लोप किया जाएगा ।
(iii) धारा 594 में,-
(क) उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) में, " तीन प्रतियां " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " एक प्रति " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) उप- धारा ( 3 ) में , " तीन प्रतियां " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " एक प्रति " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
2. इस अधिनियम की एक प्रति उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 610ग की उप - धारा ( 2 ) की अपेक्षानुसार संसद् के दोनों सदनों के समक्ष प्रारूप में रखी जाएगी ।

New Delhi, the 3rd February , 2009
G.S.R. 70(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub - section ( 1) ofSection 610C of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby directs that-
(1) in Section 220 ,-
(a) in sub- section ( 1) , in clause (a) , for the words , "three copies" at both the places where they occur, the words " a copy" shall be substituted;
(b) in the proviso, for the word " copies" , at both the places where they occur , the word " copy" shall be substituted;
(c) insub -section(2) , the words" and to the copies thereof " shall be omitted .
(ii) in Section 303 , in sub- section (2), the words ' in duplicate' at both the places where they occur, shall beomitted.
(iii) in Section 594,-
(a) in sub-section ( 1 ), in clause (b), for the words "three copies" the words "a copy" shall be substituted;
(b) in sub-section (3), for the words "three copies" the words " a copy " shall be substituted.
2. A copy of this notification having been laid in draftbefore both Houses ofParliament as required by sub- section (2) of Section 610C of the said Act.
