का.आ. 394 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भू- अधिग्रहण अधिकारी , लोक निर्माण विभाग , जिला नागौर को नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट , राजस्थान में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 8 के कि.मी. 58.245 से कि.मी. 177.000 तक सड़क के संबंध में निर्माण ( चौड़ीकरण/चार लेन का बनाना आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए , शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से , उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत , ऐसे प्राधिकरण के कार्य करने के लिए एतद्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd February, 2009
S.O. 394(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ), the Central Government hereby authorises the Land Acquisition Officer, P.W.D. District Nagaur as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from Km . 58.245 to Km. 177.000 of the National Highway No. 8 for building (widening/ four - laning ,etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation in the State of Rajasthan asspecified in the Schedule given below.
