का.आ. 396( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण अधिनियम, 1954 ( 1954 का 37 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( iv ) के अनुसरण में , डॉ. धीर सिंह को डॉ. सत्य प्रकाश , निदेशक की अनुपस्थिति में उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय खाद्य प्रयोगशाला, कोलकाता के निदेशक के सभी या किन्हीं कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए एतद्वारा नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) कीअधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 637 ( अ) , दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर , 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 396(E) . In pursuance of clause ( iv) of Section 2 ofthe Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954) , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Dhir Singh , Chief Technical Officer, Central Food Laboratory, Kolkata during the absence of Director of Laboratory to perform all or any of his function of the Director under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare(Department ofHealth ) , number G.S.R. 637(E) dated 17thOctober , 2005 , namely :-
Inthe said notification, in serial number (b) for the words "Dr. J. Chakraborti " the words " Dr. Dhir Singh " shall be substituted .
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या ( ख ) में, " डॉ. जे. चक्रवर्ती" शब्दों के स्थान पर " डॉ. धीर सिंह " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
