का.आ. 398(अ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 की धारा 11 क के अंतर्गत दिल्ली मुख्य योजना-2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।

विकास नियंत्रण समिति के अनुमोदन की शर्त के अधीन" हटाया जाता है ।
3. पृष्ठ संख्या 82: मैट्रो स्टेशनों के " मैट्रो स्टेशनों के विकास नियंत्रण " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 3 में वर्णित पांच परिचालन
विकासनियंत्रण संरचनाओं के अतिरिक्त, निम्नलिखित संरचनाएं जोड़ी जाती हैं :-
vi परिचालन और रखरखाव स्टाफ के लिए कार्यालय भवनों सहित भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र ।
vii . परिचालन स्टाफ के लिए आवास ।
viii. मैट्रो सुरक्षा कार्मिकों के लिए आवास ।
ix. मैट्रो परियोजना के निर्माण के लिए किए जाने वाले पुनर्वास कार्य ।
x . जन सुविधाओं को पूरा करने के लिए मैट्रो स्टेशन में दुकानें ।
xi . मैट्रो स्टेशनों के फुट प्रिंट पर प्लेटफार्म के ऊपर संरचना ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 4th February , 2009
S.O. 398 (E ) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make in the Master Plan -2021 for Delhi under Section 11A of DD Act, 1957 is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respectto the proposed modification may send the objection/ suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority , ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan , New Delhi - 110023 within a period ofthirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her name and address .

ix. Rehabilitation work to be undertaken for the construction of Metro Project .
X Shops in Metro Station to cater to the public amenities .
xi. Structure above platform over the foot print of the Metro Stations .
