फा. सं. 01/94/162/1352/एएम 05/नीति 1 ( ख ).- विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार एतद्वारा , प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड-1 ) परिशिष्ट 5 ( जांच और प्रमाणन एजेन्सियों की सूची ) में , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :-

No. 01 / 94/ 162/ 1352 / AM 05/PC - 1 (B ) .-- In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the amendments in Appendix -5 (List of Inspection and Certification Agencies ) of the Handbook ofProcedures (Vol. 1) :-
1. परिशिष्ट-5 की क्र. सं. 55 पर एजेन्सी ( मैं. इंटरटेक ड्यूचलैंड जीएमबीएच , जर्मनी ) को परिशिष्ट से एतद्वारा सूची से निकाल दिया गया है ।
1. The Agency at Sl . No. 55 of the Appendix-5 (M/s. Intertek Deutschland GmbH, Germany) is hereby delisted from the Appendix.
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।
