का.आ. 402 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यम नियम , 2006 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 27 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री आनंद परांजपे, संसद सदस्य, लोक सभा , को राष्ट्रीय सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उक्त उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार में पूर्व में लघु उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 766 ( अ ) , तारीख 15 मई, 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 402 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises Act, 2006 (27 of2006) , read with rule 3 of the National Board for Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises , Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Anand Paranjpe, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha to be member of the National Board for Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises and for the said purpose , makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofSmall Scale Industries number S.O. 766 (E), dated the 15th May, 2007, namely:--
उक्तअधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 9 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
Inthe said notification, for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :--
" 9. Shri Anand Paranjpe
"9. श्री आनंद परांजपे
Member ofParliament, Lok Sabha Member"
