आ.अ. 17(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा झारखण्ड राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए निर्वाची पदाधिकारी की नियुक्ति से संबंधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/झार.-लो.स./2003 ( 1 ) दिनांक 5 दिसम्बर, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है ; अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में 11 - खूंटी (अ.ज.जा. ) संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर " उपायुक्त , खूंटी " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

O.N. 17(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification No. 434/JKD -HP/ 2003 ( 1 ) dated 5th December, 2003 relating to the appointment of Returning Officer for Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Jharkhand, namely :-
In column (3 ) the Table appended to the said notification for the existing entry against Sl . No. 11 -Khunti (ST) Parliamentary Constituency shown in column (2 ) the entry"Deputy Commissioner, Khunti " shall be substituted.
