( 3 ) में उल्लिखित उन व्यक्तियों की संख्या विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , जिन्हें तूतीकोरिन पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में उक्त तालिका के कॉलम सं ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए नियुक्तकिया जाना है :-
