नई दिल्ली , 6 फरवरी , 2009 सा.का.नि. 81( अ ) महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 के अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ग ) के उप -खण्ड ( i ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 22 मार्च, 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 221 ( अ ) को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , दिनांक 1-4-2009 से 31-3-2011 तक निम्न तालिका के कॉलम सं. (3 ) में उल्लिखित उन व्यक्तियों की संख्या विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , जिन्हें जवाहर लाल नेहरू पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में उक्त तालिका के कॉलम सं. (2 ) में उल्लिखित हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए नियुक्त किया जाना है :

In pursuance of sub- clause ( i) of clause (c) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) and in supersession of the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping, ( Ports Wing) , No. G.S.R. 221 (E ) , dated 22ndMarch, 2007, the Central Government hereby specifies thenumber ofpersons mentioned in column (3 ) ofthe Table belowto be appointed to represent the interests mentioned
