का.आ. 420 ( अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , वन्यजीव (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1972 ( 1972 का 53 ) की धारा 54 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वन्यजीव अपराध नियंत्रण ब्यूरो के सहायक निदेशक पद से अनिम्न पंक्ति के अधिकारी न हों, को उनके अपनी अधिकारिता के क्षेत्रों के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 54 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने की इस शर्त पर शक्ति प्रदान करती है कि केन्द्रीय सरकार ऐसे प्राधिकार को प्रतिसंहरण कर सकती है या उक्त धारा के अधीन शक्तियों का स्वयं प्रयोग कर सकेगी यदि उसके विचार में ऐसी कार्रवाई करना जनहित में आवश्यक हो ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 6th February, 2009
S.O. 420(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 54 of the Wild Life (Protec- tion) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) , the Central Government hereby empowers the officers of the Wild Life Crime Control Bureau, not below the rank of Assistant Director, to exer- cise the powers under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 54 of the said Act within the areas of their respective jurisdiction subject to the condition that the Central Government may revoke such authorisation or may itself exercise the powers under the said sections , if in its opinion such a course ofaction is necessary in the public interest .

का.आ. 421 ( अ).-वन्यजीव ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1972 (1972का 53 ) की धारा 38 य की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निदेशक , वन्यजीव परिरक्षण , केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से उनमें विहित शक्तियों को वन्यजीव अपराध नियंत्रण ब्यूरो के निरीक्षक के रैंक के अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 50 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उनके अपने अधिकारिता के भीतर इस शर्त के अध्याधीन प्रत्यायोजित करते हैं कि निदेशक, वन्यजीव परिरक्षण ऐसी शक्तियों के प्रत्यायोजित का प्रतिसंहरण कर सकता है या स्वयं उक्त धाराओं के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग कर सकता है यदि उनके विचार में ऐसी कार्रवाई करना जनहित में आवश्यक हो ।

New Delhi , the 6th February, 2009
S.O. 421 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 read with sub -section (2) ofSection 38Z ofthe Wild Life (Protection ) Act , 1972 (53 of 1972), the Director, Wild Life Preservation , with the previ- ous approval of the Central Government , hereby delegates the powers vested in him under sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 50 of the said Act to the officers of the rank of Inspector ofWild Life Crime Control Bureau , within the areas of their respective jurisdiction subject to the condition that the Director , Wild Life Preservation may revoke such delegation of powers or may himself exercise the powers under the said sections , if in its opinion such a course of action is necessary in the public interest .
