का.आ. 418(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क ) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1036, तारीख 7 मई , 2008 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, श्री मघाराम चौधरी , वरिष्ठ भूमि अधिप्राप्त अधिकारी , राजस्थान सरकार को जो एचपीसीएल मित्तल पाइपलाइन्स लिमिटेड (एचएमपीएल ) में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर हैं , को राजस्थान राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन , मुंद्रा- भठिण्डा पाइपलाइन के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

New Delhi , the 6th February, 2009
S.O. 418(E) . In suppression of S.O. 1036 , dated the 7th May, 2008 , the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Magharam Chaudhary , Senior Land Acquisition Officer , Government of Rajasthan on deputation to HPCL- Mittal Pipelines Limited (HMPL) to perform the functions of the Competent Authority within the territory ofState of Rajasthan for the Mundra-Bathinda Pipeline Project, in pursuance of clause (a) ofSection 2 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition of Right ofUser in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) .
