का.आ. 438 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 14 के तहत प्राप्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा , भारत के असाधारण , राजपत्र भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या का.आ. 2173 ( अ ) तारीख 9 सितम्बर, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पाद ( गुणता नियंत्रण ) द्वितीय आदेश , 2008 में, -
( i ) पैरा 1 के उप-पैरा ( 2 ) में " 12 फरवरी , 2009 " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 12 फरवरी , 2010 " अंक और शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ;
( ii ) अनुसूची में , कॉलम ( 1 ) में भारतीय मानक 1786 , 1993 और 2062 तथा कॉलम ( 2 ) में उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पण :- मूल आदेश भारत के सरकारी राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 2173 ( अ ) दिनांक 9 सितम्बर, 2008 के तहत अधिसूचित किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10 February, 2009
S.O. 438 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act , 1986 (63 of 1986) , the Central Government , hereby makes the following amendment in the ORDER of Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affiars ) , published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (ii ) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide No.S.O. 2173 (E) , dated the 9thSeptember, 2008 , namely :-
In the Steel and Steel Products ( Quality Control) Second Order, 2008 ,-
(i) in sub -paragraph ( 2) of paragraph 1 , for the figures , words " 12 February, 2009 " , the figures , words, " 12th February, 2010" shall be substituted;
(ii) in the Schedule , in Column (1 ) , Indian Standards 1786,1993 and 2062 and entries relating thereto in Column(2) shall be omitted .
