का.आ. 447 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , धन-शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 ( 2003 का 15 ) की धारा 43 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और गुवाहाटी स्थित गुवाहाटी उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के परामर्श से उपाबंध में यथा वर्णित सेशन न्यायालय ( यों ) को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन दंडनीय अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त उपाबंध में उक्त न्यायालयों के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र ( क्षेत्रों) के लिए विशेष न्यायालय ( यों) के रूप में पदाभिहित करती है ।

S.O. 447 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 43 of the Prevention of Money - laundering Act, 2002 ( 15 of 2003 ) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Guwahati High Court at Guwahati , the Central Government designates the Court ( s) of Sessions , as mentioned in Annexure , as Special Court( s) for the area(s) specified in the said Annexure against the said Court , for trial of offence punishable under Section 4 of the said Act .
