का.आ. 443(अ). बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10 ) , की धारा 56 के साथ पठित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 की धारा 53 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की सिफारिश पर, एतद्वारा , घोषणा करती है कि बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंध 31 मार्च , 2010 तक की अवधि के लिए जिला सहकारी बैंक लि. , उन्नाव , उत्तर प्रदेश पर लागू नहीं होंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 53 ofthe Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (AACS) readwith Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of1949), the Central Government on recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India, hereby declares that the provisions ofSub - section ( 1 ) ofSection 11 of the Banking

Regulation Act, 1949 (AACS ) shall not apply to Zila Sahakari Bank Ltd. , Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, for the period till 31st March, 2010 .
