S.O. 459(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005 ), read with rule 8 ofthe Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department ofCommerce No. S.O. 69 (E), dated the 9th January, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , sub - section (ii ), dated the 9thday of January, 2008 , namely:-
का.आ. 459(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii) , दिनांक 9 जनवरी , 2008 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 9 जनवरी , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 69( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:--
Inthe said notification, for the table and the entries relating thereto , the following table and entries shall respectively be substituted, narhely :--
उक्त अधिसूचना में, तालिका और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित तालिका और प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

का.आ. 460(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 11 फरवरी , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै. स्टरलिंग एसईजेड प्रा. लि. द्वारा गुजरात राज्य में वलिपोर तथा सरोद गाँव , जम्बूसर तालुक, भरूच जिले में बहुत उत्पाद विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

S.O. 460(E ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 11th day of February , 2009 as the date from which the multi- product Special Economic Zone at Villages Valipor and Sarod , Taluka Jambusar , District Bharuch, in the State of Gujarat by M/s. Sterling SEZ Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 .
