सत्येन्द्र कुमार रूडोला, सचिव आ.अ. 19(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग निदेश देता है कि गुजरात राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसरों कीनियुक्ति से संबंधित समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित दिनांक 12 मई, 2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या 434/गुज.-लो.स./2008 ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्

O.N. 19(E) .- In exercise ofthe powers conferredby sub- section (1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made inthe Notification No. 434/GJ-HP/2008 (2) dated 12th May, 2008 , as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituency in the Gujarat State namely:
