विषय: गेहूं और गेहूँ के उत्पाद के निर्यात पर निषेध- मालदीव को गेहूं के आटे के निर्यात हेतु छूट ।
Subject: -Prohibition on export of wheat and wheat products exemption for export ofwheat flour toMaldives.
का. आ. 476(अ)-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 3(2) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित अधिसूचना संख्या 33 ( आर ई-2007)/2004-2009, दिनांक 8-10-2007 (गेहूँ और गेहूँ उत्पाद केनिर्यात पर निषेध से संबंधित ) के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित परिवधन करती है
S.O. 476(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and readwith Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government herebymakes the following addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 ofNotification No. 33 (RE-2007)/2004-2009, dated 8-10-2007, as amended from time to time (pertaining to prohibition on export ofwheat and wheat products ):
" 2.6 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गेहूं के आटे के निर्यात पर लगाया गया निषेध मैसर्स पी ई सी लिमिटेड के माध्यम से मालदीव को वर्ष 2009-10 के दौरान 29,177 मीट्रिक टन गेहूंके आटे के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगा ।"
"2.6 The prohibition imposed by this Notification on export ofwheat flour shall not be applicable to export of29,177 MT ofwheat flour during2009-10, to Maldives through M/ s . PEC Limited."
