NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th February, 2009 का.आ. 464(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1623( अ ) तारीख 28 सितम्बर , 2006, जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप-खंड (ii) , तारीख 28 सितम्बर , 2006 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने जिला " तिरूचिरापल्ली " के संबंध में, स्तंभ ( 5 ) में तालुक " श्री रंगम" के सामने ,
(i) प्रविष्टि " ( 1 ) के. सत्तानूर " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " ( 1 ) के. सथनूर उत्तर " रखी जाएगी ,
S.O. 464(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport andHighways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 1623 (E ) , dated the 28th September, 2006, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) dated the 28th September, 2006 , namely:-
(ii ) प्रविष्टि" (3 ) कल्लीगुडी" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" ( 3 ) कल्लीकुड़ी उत्तर " रखी जाएगी ,
Inthe Schedule to the said notification against serial number 1 , relating to District "Tiruchirappalli " , against Taluk "Sri Rangam " , in column (5) ,一
(iii ) प्रविष्टि" ( 4 ) पिरट्टीयूर " के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात् " ( 4ए ) पिरट्टीयूर पश्चिम, ( 4बी ) पिरट्टीयूर पूर्व " रखी जाएंगी ,
(1) for the entry "( 1) K. Sattannur", the entry "(1). K. Sathanur North" shall be substituted,
for the entry " (3) . Kalligudi " , the entry " (3 ) Kallikudi North" shall be substituted, (ii)
(iv) प्रविष्टि" 6 अदावत्तूर " के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँरखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्" ( 6ए) अदावत्तूर पश्चिम , (6बी ) अदावत्सूर पूर्व , " रखी जाएंगी ,
(iii) for the entry "(4) . Pirattiyur" , the following entries shall be substituted namely , " ( 4A) Pirattiyur West, (4B) Pirattiyur East", (v) प्रविष्टि" 18 सिरुगामनी " के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्" ( 18 ए) सिरुगामनी पश्चिम, ( 18बी ) सिरुगामनी पूर्व, " रखी जाएंगी ।

(iv) for the entry " (6) Adavattur, the following entries shall be substituted namely , " (6A) Adavattur West, (6B) Adavattur East" ,

(v) for the entry " 18. Sirugamani " , the following entries shall be substituted namely , " ( 18A) Sirugamani West , ( 18B) Sirugamani East".
The principal notification was published vide S.O. 1623 (E) , dated the 28th September , 2006, inthe Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) dated the 28th September, 2006 .
