सा.का.नि. 95 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 21 ) की धारा 87 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, साइबर विनियम अपीलीय अधिकरण ( अध्यक्ष के वेतन , भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य निबंधन एवं शर्तें) नियम, 2003 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम साइबर विनियम अपीलीय अधिकरण ( अध्यक्ष के वेतन , भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य निबंधन एवं शर्तें) संशोधन नियम, 2009 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
G.S.R. 95(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Cyber Regulations Appellate Tribunal ( Salary , Allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Presiding Officer) Rules , 2003 namely:-
2. साइबर विनियम अपीलीय अधिकरण ( अध्यक्ष के वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य निबंधन एवं शर्तें ) नियम, 2003 के नियम 10 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 10. आवास किराया भत्ता. अध्यक्ष केन्द्रीय सरकार के समूह ' क' अधिकारी को तत्समय अनुज्ञेय आहरित समतुल्य वेतन में उसी दर पर मकान किराया भत्ते का हकदार होगा । "
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Cyber Regulations Appellate Tribunal (Salary, Allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Presiding Officer) Amendment Rules, 2009 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. For rule 10 of the Cyber Regulations Appellate Tribunal ( Salary , Allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Presiding Officer ) Rules , 2003 , the following rule shall be substituted as namely :-
"10. House rent allowance. The Presiding Officer shall be entitled to the house rent allowance at the same rate as are , for the time being , admissible to Group 'A' officer of the Central Government drawing equivalent pay."
