विषय : चीन जन. गण, तथा यूक्रेन के मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित विस्कॉस फिलामेंट यार्न के आयातों संबंधी पाटनरोधी जाँच से संबंधित अंतिम परिणाम के बारे में शुद्धिपत्र ।
सं. 14/23/2004 - डीजीएडी. वर्ष 1995 में यथा- संशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ (पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर शुल्क का आकलन और वसूली तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली , 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने संबद्ध पाटनरोधी जाँच के संबंध में दिनांक 4 अप्रैल , 2006 की अधिसूचना द्वारा अंतिम परिणाम जारी किए हैं ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सुधार किए जाते हैं :
1. अधिसूचना के पैरा 75 में दी गई शुल्क तालिका की क्र. सं. 2 , कॉलम ( 7 ) " उत्पादक " में दिए गए निर्यातक के नाम " मै. यीबिन हीस्ट कं. लि. " में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे " मै. यीबिन हाइस्ट फाइबर लिमिटेड कॉर्पोरेशन " पढ़ा जाए ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 13th February , 2009
Subject: Corrigendum to Final Findings in respect of the Anti-dumping investigation concerning import of Viscose Filament Yarn originating in or exported from China PR & Ukraine.
No. 14 /23 /2004- DGAD.- Whereas , having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti -Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules , 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority (has issued the Final Findings vide Notification dated 4th April, 2006 in the subject anti- dumping investigation .
The following corrections are hereby incorporated with said notification :
1. The name of the exporter , ' M/ s . Yibin Heist Co. Ltd.' appearing in the duty table at Sl . No. 2, Column (7 ) 'producer' in Para 75 of the notification shall be corrected to read as "M/ s . Yibin Hiest Fibre Limited Corporation" .
