का.आ. 497(अ). नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियम, 1981 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1979 (1979 का पाँचवां) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोचीन के सदस्य के रूप में सरकारी राजपत्र में इसकी अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन साल से अनधिक अवधि के लिए अथवा उस श्रेणी अथवा हित जिससे वह नियुक्त किया गया है , का प्रतिनिधित्व समाप्त होने तक , जो भी पहले हो , नियुक्त करती है और कथित प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) के दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 के सं. का.आ. 21 ( अ ) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
कथित अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 4 ) के खंड ( ड. ) के अंतर्गत चयनित " शीर्ष ( क ) के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 4ए, 4बी, 4सी और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

टिप्पणी :-नारियल विकास बोर्ड गठन संबंधी मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 21 ( अ ) के जरिए तथा अंतिम संशोधन दिनांक 31 जनवरी , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 224 (अ ) के जरिए हुआ था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th February , 2009
S.O. 497 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (4) of Section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979) , read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules , 1981 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coconut Development Board, Kochi , for a period on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and not exceeding three years or till the concerned member cease to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed , whichever is earlier , and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Agriculture and Co - operation) number S.O. 21 ( E) , dated the 12th January, 1981 , namely: ----
In the said notification under the heading "Elected under clause ( e) of sub - section ( 4) of Section 4 " , for serial number 4A, 4B and 4C and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted namely:---
