का.आ. 498(अ).- कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 (1948 का 34) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 14 अगस्त, 2008 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 ( ii ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 14 अगस्त, 2008 की श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2092 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
( i ) उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 8 के खण्ड ( ग ) के उप- खण्ड ( iv ) के अंतर्गत निगम द्वारा चयनित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 14 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
क्रम संख्या 14 डॉ. विनय अग्रवाल , भारतीय चिकित्सा एसोसिएशन , आईएमए हाऊस, इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग , नई दिल्ली ।
(ii ) उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 8 के खण्ड ( ग ) के उप-खण्ड ( v ) के अंतर्गत निगम द्वारा चयनित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 15 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्
क्रम संख्या 15 श्री रामचन्द्र खूंटिया, संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा) , 26, डॉ. आर.पी. रोड , नईदिल्ली ।

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th February, 2009
S.O. 498(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 2092(E) , dated the 14th August, 2008 reconstituting the Standing Committee published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (ii) , dated the 14th August, 2008 :--
(i) In the said notification, under the heading ' Elected by the Corporation under sub- clause ( iv) of Clause (C) of Section 8' against Sl . No. 14, the following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
S. No. 14 Dr. VinayAggarwal, IndianMedical Association , IMA House , IP Marg, NewDelhi .
(ii) In the said notification, under the heading ' Elected by the Corporation under sub - clause (v) of Clause ( C) of Section 8' against Sl . No. 15 , the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
S. No. 15 Shri Rama Chandra Khuntia , Member ofParliament (Rajya Sabha) , 26-Dr. R.P. Road, NewDelhi.
