का.आ. 499 (अ).विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित ) के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 क्रमांक का 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. पैरा 4.1.3 के अंत में, निम्नलिखित उप -पैरा जोड़ा जाएगा : " तथापि, खाँड ( रॉ शुगर ) के आयात के लिए अग्रिम प्राधिकार पत्र सहायक विनिर्माता ( ओं ) से जुड़े विनिर्माता निर्यातक अथवा व्यापारी निर्यातक को जारी किया जा सकता है । निर्यात किसी अन्य फैक्टरी ( यों ) से सफेद चीनी (व्हाईट शुगर ) की खरीद करके भी किए जा सकते हैं । निर्यात के लिए यह प्रावधान 17-2-2009 ये लागू होगा । "
2. पैरा 4.1.5 के अंत में, उप - पैरा निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाएगा : " तथापि , वास्तविक प्रयोक्ता शर्त , अग्रिम प्राधिकार पत्र स्कीम के तहत 17-2-2009 से 30-9-2009 तक आयात की जाने वाली खाँड ( रॉ शुगर ) के मामले में लागू नहीं होगी ।"
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th February , 2009 No. 86 (RE -2008)/2004-2009
S.O. 499 (E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992(No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 ( as amended from time to time) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Foreign Trade Policy:
1.At the end of paragraph 4.1.3 , the following sub- paragraph shall be added :
"However, advance authorization for import of raw sugar, can be issued either to a manufacturer exporter or merchant exporter tied to supporting manufacturer( s) . Exports can also be made by procurement of white sugar from any other factory(ies). This provision shall be applicable for exports from 17-2-2009. "
2.At the end of paragraph 4.1.5, a sub-para shall be added as follows :
"However, the actual user condition shall not be applicable in case of raw sugar to be imported from 17-2-2009, till 30-9-2009 under advance authorization Scheme."
