का.आ. 500(अ).विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 (समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित ) के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं 22) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
1. पैरा 4.3.1 के अंत में निम्नलिखित धारा को जोड़ा जाएगा :-
" विदेश व्यापार नीति के पैराग्राफ 1.5 के अनुसार अन्तवर्ती सुविधा के अधीन किए गए निर्यातों, जहां कहीं भी अनुमत हो, को छोड़कर, आईटीसी ( एचएस ) पुस्तक ( समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित ) में उल्लिखित निर्यात की निषिद्ध मदें डीईपीबी क्रेडिट के लिए हकदार नहीं होंगी । "
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th February, 2009 No. 87 (RE- 2008 )/2004-2009
S.O. 500 (E).-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 ( as amended from time to time) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) :
1.At the end ofparagraph 4.3.1 , the following clause shall be added :-
"Prohibited items of exports mentioned in ITC (HS) Book ( as amended from time to time) shall not be entitled for DEPB credit except for the exports effected under transitional facility, wherever allowed, in terms ofparagraph 1.5 of FTP . "
This issues in Public Interest.
