फा. सं. 01 /94/162/927 /एएम 09 /पीसी-3.--विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक , विदेश व्यापार, एतद्वारा प्रक्रिया पुस्तक, खंड-1 (आर ई-2008 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :--
1. परिशिष्ट 37 घ में, खेल कूद का सामान , आतिशबाजी एवं स्टेशनरी मदों के लिए तालिका 2 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है :-
( i ) तालिका 2 में, " आई टी सी ( एच एस ) कोड " शीर्षक वाले कॉलम के तहत क्रम सं. 6 के मद्दे, मौजूदा आई टी सी (एच एस ) कोड 9506 के अलावा , दो नए आई टी सी ( एच एस ) कोड अर्थात् 650610 और 420321 जोड़े जाते हैं ।
(ii ) तालिका-2 में " विवरण " ( फोकस उत्पादों का ) शीर्षक वाले कॉलम के अन्तर्गत , क्रम सं. 6 के मद्दे उत्पाद विवरण को निम्नानुसार संशोधित किया जाता है :-
" खेल कूद में प्रयोग के लिए विशेष रूप से तैयार किए गए जिमनास्टिक्स एथलेटिक्स , अन्य खेल कूद ( टेबल टेनिस सहित ) /आउटडोर गेम्स , एन.ई.एस. स्विमिंग पूल्स और पैडलिंग पूल्स , क्रिकेट हैल्मेंट्स और ग्लव्स, मिटन्स एवं मिट्स हेतु वस्तुएं और उपकरण । "
2. परिणामस्वरूप , क्रिकेट हैल्मेटों [ आई टी सी ( एच एस ) कोड 650 610 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले ] और खेल कूद में प्रयोग के लिए विशेष रूप से तैयार ग्लव्स, मिन्स और मिट्स [ आई टी सी ( एच एस ) कोड 420321 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले ] का निर्यात 1-4-2008 से फोकस उत्पाद स्कीम के लाभों हेतु हकदार होंगे ।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

F. No. 01 /94/162/927 / AM 09 /PC 3.-In exercise ofpowers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures , Vol . I (RE-2008) :
1. InAppendix 37 D, in Table 2 for Sports Goods , Fire Works and Stationery items, the following amendment ismade :-
(i) In Table 2, against Sl . No. 6 , under the column with heading " ITC ( HS) Code ", two new ITC ( HS ) Codes , i.e. , 650610 and420321 are inserted, in addition to the existing ITC ( HS ) Code 9506.
(ii) In Table 2, under the column with heading " Description " ( of focus products ), the product description against Sl . No. 6 is amended to read as under :
"Articles and equipment for gymnastics, athletics, other sports ( including Table Tennis)/outdoor games , n.e.s.; swimming pools and paddling pools , cricket helmets and gloves , mittens and mitts, specially designed for use in sports . "
2. Consequently, export of cricket helmets [ covered under ITC (HS) Code 650610] and gloves, mittens and mitts , specially designed for use in sports [ covered under ITC (HS ) Code 420321 ] will be entitled for Focus Product Scheme benefits on exports made w.e.f. 1-4-2008.
