सा.का.नि. 99 (अ).-राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , आयकर विभाग के प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख " पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आयकर विभाग प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख " पद) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2007है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. आयकर विभाग प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ( समूह " क " और समूह "ख " पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2004 में:-
(क) नियम 1 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
(i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आयकर विभाग प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ( समूह " क" और समूह " ख " पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 है।
(ii ) ये 30 दिसम्बर, 2004 से प्रवृत्त हुए समझे जाएंगे।
(ख ) अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात् -

यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि अधिसूचना का, जिसे भूतलक्षी प्रभाव दिया जा रहा है , किसी व्यक्ति पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा क्योंकि इन नियमों को 30 दिसम्बर , 2004 अर्थात् अधिसूचना की तारीख से भूतलक्षी प्रभाव दिया जा रहा है। "

G.S.R. 99(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Consitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Income Tax Department Administrative Officers (Group "A" and "B" Posts), Recruitment Rules , 2004 namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Income Tax Department Administrative Officers (Gruoup "A" and "B" Posts), Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

(2) प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्रेणी III के पद से संबंधित कम संख्यांक 3 के सामने ,
2. In the Income Tax Department Administrative Officers (Group "A" and " B " posts ) , Recruitment Rules , 2004,-
(A) For rule 1, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
(i ) स्तंभ 12 के टिप्पण 2 में , प्रशासनिक अधिकारी , श्रेणी II के पद पर प्रोन्नति क्षेत्रानुसार की जाएगी के स्थान पर 'प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्रेणी- III के पद पर प्रोन्नति क्षेत्रानुसार की जाएगी' पढ़ें।
(ii ) हिन्दी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
