का.आ. 503(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , रेल अधिनियम , 1989 (1989 का 24 ) की धारा 20 ( क) के खंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप -खंड ( ii ) में भारत सरकार, रेल मंत्रालय ( रेलवे बोर्ड) , कीअधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2450 (अ ) , तारीख 29 सितम्बर , 2008 द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
( 1 ) भरथना तालुक से संबंधित क्रम सं. 1 में
(क) 1 पाली कला गांव के , स्तंभ 4 में,-
(i ) सर्वेक्षण संख्यांक " 2258 " के सामने , स्तंभ
(5) में, " 0.4000 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, " 0.4320 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(ii) " 2284" प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " 2084 " प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी;
(iii ) " 2285" प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " 2085 " प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी;
(iv) " 2286" प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " 2086 " प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी;

( ii ) " 276 " और स्तंभ (5 ) में " 0.1000" प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:- (4) "278 (5) 0.1000";
(iii ) सर्वेक्षण संख्यांक " 131 " के सामने, स्तंभ (5)में,

इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित उस भूमि के हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 ( क ) के उप - खंड ( 1 ) के अधीन प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन और उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act , 1989 (24 of 1989 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry ofRailways ( Railway Board) published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , vide number S.O. 2450 (E ) , dated the 29th September , 2008 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the Schedule ,--
(1) in Sl. No. 1 relating to Bharthana Taluk,-

Any person interested in the land mention in this notification may , within thirty days from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the purpose under sub- section (1 ) of Section 20A of the said Act.
