का.आ. 513(अ).राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 42 ) की धारा 29 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि यह करना आवश्यक एवं समयोचित है, एतद्वारा कथित अधिनियम की अनुसूची- II में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अनुसूची में पैरा 31 तथा 32 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए :-
" 31. मजदूरी का भुगतान , केन्द्र सरकार के निर्देशों के अनुसार कर्मियों के बैंकों या डाकघरों में खोले गए एकल या संयुक्त बचत खातों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा । "
32. हटा दिया जाए ।

टिप्पणी.-राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की अनुसूची- II को निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना संख्याओं के माध्यम से संशोधित किया गया है :
1. का.आ. 324(अ ) , दिनांक 6 मार्च , 2007
2. का.आ. 802( अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 2008
3. का.आ. 2188 (अ ) , दिनांक 11 सितम्बर , 2008
4. का.आ. 2999( अ) , दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर , 2008 ।

MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 19th February, 2009
S.O. 513(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 29 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of2005), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in Shcedule II to the said Act, namely :-
In the said Schedule, for paragraphs 31and 32, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely :--
"31. The payment of wages shall be made through the individual orjoint saving accounts of the workers in the banks or post offices opened in accordance with the directions of the Central Government . "
32. deleted.

Note. Schedule II to the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of 2005) has been amended vide following notification numbers :-
