New Delhi , the 19th February , 2009
S.O. 514 (E ) . Whereas M/s . Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited , a private organization in the State of Maharashtra , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for services sector at Villages Talegaon and Panshil , Taluka- Khalapur and Village -Bhokarpada , Taluka -Panvel in the District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied thatrequirements under sub - section (8 ) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub -section ( 10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development , operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for services sector at Villages Talegaon and Panshil , Taluka - Khalapur and Village - Bhokarpada , Taluka - Panvel District Raigad, in the State of Maharashtra on 15th October , 2007;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Villages Talegaon and Panshil Taluka - Khalapur and Village - Bhokarpada, Taluka - Panvel in the District Raigad, in the State of Maharashtra, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below , as a Special Economic Zone , namely : ----

धारा 14 के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. सनी विस्टा रियल्टर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड , ने महाराष्ट्र राज्य में तलेगाँव तथा पनशिल ग्राम , तालुका-खालापुर और ग्राम भोकरपाड़ा, तालुक पनवेल , रायगढ़ जिले में सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समितिकहा जाएगा , गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार
हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. विकास आयुक्त, सीप्ज विशेष आर्थिक जोन अध्यक्ष , पदेन (सांताक्रुज इलेक्ट्रॉनिक निर्यात प्रसंस्करण विशेष आर्थिक जोन)
2. निदेशक अथवा उप- सचिव , भारत सरकार, सदस्य, पदेन वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उनके नामिती जिनका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य , पदेन 3. संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , मुम्बई
-सदस्य, पदेन 4. मुंबई हवाई अड्डे पर सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त या उसका नामिती जिनका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्तसे कम नहीं होगा
5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भगीय क्षेत्राधिकार सदस्य, पदेन रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उनका नामिती जिनका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , वित्त मंत्रालय , बैंकिंग प्रभाग, सदस्य, पदेन भारत सरकार
7. महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा नामित किए जाने वाले दो अधिकारी जिनका स्तर संयुक्त सचिव सेकम नहीं होगा --सदस्य, पदेन
8. मै. सनी विस्टा रियल्टर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड -विशेष आमंत्रिती (विकासकर्ता)
2. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त की अनुपस्थिति में उनका प्रतिनिधित्व वह अधिकारी करेगा जिसका स्तर संयुक्त विकास आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee forthe services sector Special Economic Zone at Villages Talegaon and Panshil , Taluka Khalapur and Village- Bhokarpada, Taluka - Panvel in the District Raigad, Maharashtra by M/ s . Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following
Chairperson and Members , namely :-
1. Development Commissioner of the Chairperson,
ex-officio Special Economic Zone
Member,
ex-officio 2.Director of Deputy Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of
Commerce and Industry , Department ofCommerce or his nominee not below the rank ofUnder Secretary to the

-Member, ex -officio 5. Commissioner of Income Tax having territorialjurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
-Member ex-officio 6. Director (Banking) in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division, Government ofIndia

का.आ. 516(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 19 फरवरी, 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै. सनी विस्टा रियल्टर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, ने महाराष्ट्र राज्य में तलेगाँव तथा पनशिल ग्राम, तालुका-खालापुर और ग्राम भोकरपाड़ा, तालुक पनवेल , रायगढ़ जिले में सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु विकसित क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा !

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of February , 2009 as the date from which the services sector at Villages Talegaon and Panshil , Taluka- Khalapur and Village - Bhokarpada, Tauka-Panvel in the District Raigad , Maharashtra by M/s . Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 .
