का.आ. 523(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन नेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रेड लिमिटेड , इन्दौर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सोयाबीन , रिफाइण्ड, सोया तेल और सोया मील में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में 1 मार्च , 2009 से 31 मई , 2009 तक ( दोनों दिन शामिल ) अगले तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करते हैं ।
2. एतद्द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी इस शर्त पर दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th February, 2009
S.O. 523 ( E) . The Cental Government having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition , made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation ) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the National Board ofTrade Ltd. , Indore and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of thetrade and also in public interest to do so , hereby grants , inexercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 6 ofthe said Act, renewal to the said Exchange for a further period of three months from 1st March, 2009 to 31st May, 2009 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Soybean, Refined Soy Oil and Soy meal .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
