का.आ. 524(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन ऑफ तमिलनाडु द्वारा स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन ऑफ तमिलनाडु औद्योगिक , केन्द्र, रानीपेत , फेज- III , मुकुन्धारायापुरम गांव , वालाजाह तालुक वेल्लौर जिला में चर्म क्षेत्र हेतु विकसित विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं , अर्थात्:-
---अध्यक्ष , पदेन 1. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त
-सदस्य, पदेन 2. निदेशक अथवा उप सचिव , ' भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव, भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन 3. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक, चैन्ने
-सदस्य, पदेन 4. दिल्ली हवाई अड्डे के सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त अथवा उनका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
--सदस्य, पदेन 5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्रा- धिकार रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर

New Delhi , the 20th February , 2009
S.O. 524 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for Special Economic Zone for leather sector at State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Industrial Complex , Ranipet, Phase- III , Mukuntharayapuram Village, Walajah Taluk, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu developedby M/ s . State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely:-

का.आ. 525(अ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , दिनांक 20 फरवरी , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै. स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन ऑफ तमिनाडु द्वारा स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन ऑफ तमिनाडु औद्योगिक केन्द्र , रानीपेत , फेज- III, मुकुन्धारायापुरम गांव , वालाजाह तालुक , वेल्लौर जिला में चर्म क्षेत्र हेतु विकसित विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अन्तर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 ( 28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th day of February, 2009 as the date from which the leather sector Special Economic Zone at State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Industrial Complex , Ranipet, Phase - III , Mukuntharayapuram Village , Walajah Taluk , Vellore District, Tamil Nadu developed by M/ s . State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited shall be deemed to be Inland ContainerDepot under Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 .
