MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY का.आ. 526(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन कार्पोरेशन ऑफ तमिलनाडु द्वारा इरूनगट्टूकोटई सिपॉट औद्योगिक पार्क, श्री पेरूम्बुदूर , तालुक कांचीपुरम जिले में फुटवियर क्षेत्र हेतु विकसित विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति , जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा, गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for Special Economic Zone for footwear sector atFootwear Park, Irungattukottai SIPCOT Industrial Park, SriperumbudurTaluk, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu developedby M/s . State Industries Promotion Corporation ofTamil Nadu Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members , namely:-

का.आ. 527(अ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 20 फरवरी, 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै. स्टेट इंडस्ट्रीज प्रमोशन कापेर्पोरेशन ऑफ तमिलनाडु द्वारा इरूनगट्टूकोटई सिपकॉट औद्योगिक पार्क , श्रीपेरूम्बुदूर , तालुक कांचीपुरम जिले में फुटवियर क्षेत्र हेतु विकसित विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

S.O. 527 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic ZonesAct, 2005 (28 of 2005 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the 20thday of February, 2009 as the date from which the footwear sector Special Economic Zone at Footwear Park , Irungattukottai SIPCOT Industrial Park , Sriperumbudur Taluk , Kancheepuram Disrict, Tamil Nadu Developed by M/ s . State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
