आ.अ. 21 (अ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 21 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग , एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि इसकी दिनांक 29-8-2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या 434/कर्ना. / 2008 ( 1 ) में , निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएं :-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में दर्शायी गई संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के सामने दर्शायी गई विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के लिए स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियाँ क्रमशः प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएंगी:

Ο.Ν. 21 (E).-In pursuance of the provisions of Section 21 ofthe Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/KT/2008 ( 1 ) dated 29-8-2008 , as amended, namely:-
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification for the existing entries shown against the Parliamentary Constituencies mentioned in column ( 1 ) below, the following corresponding entries shall be respectively substituted :-

आ.अ. 22(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग , एतद्वारा उत्तरवर्ती रूप में समय- समय पर संशोधित अपनी दिनांक 29-8-2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या 434/कर्ना . / 2008 ( 2 ) में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
1. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 1 - चिक्कोडी लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तम्भ (2) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 7 - उप निदेशक भूमि अभिलेख , बेलगाम " के स्थान पर " उपायुक्त के तकनीकी सहायक और पदेन उप निदेशक भूमि अभिलेख बेलगाम " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 5 - गुलबर्गा ( अ.जा. ) लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तंभ (2 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 2- उप सचिव ( प्रशासन ) , जिला पंचायत गुलबर्गा " के स्थान पर " उपायुक्त , वाणिज्यिक कर , लेखा परीक्षा-1 , गुलबर्गा डी एन , गुलबर्गा " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
3. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 19 - टुमकुर लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विद्यामन प्रविष्टि " 1 - उप निदेशक भूमि अभिलेख, मिनी विधान सौध , चिकनैकानाहल्ली " के स्थान पर " 1 - उप निदेशक भूमि अभिलेख , मिनी विधान सौध , टुमकुर " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी।
4. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 23 - बंगलौर ग्रामीण लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तंभ (2 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 4- हाउस रेंट कंटोलर , दक्षिण पूर्व रेंज , पोडियम खण्ड, डॉ. बी. आर. अंबेडकर वीथि, बंगलौर " के स्थान पर " विशेष भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , बंगलौर विकास प्राधिकरण , बंगलौर " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
5. (i) उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 24 - बैंगलोर उत्तर लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तंभ (2 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि "5 - परियोजना निर्देशक, जी.बी. डब्ल्यूए. एस.पी. , बी. डब्ल्यूएस.एस.बी. , कॉवेरी भवन, बैंगलौर " के स्थान पर " प्रशासनिक अधिकारी , वाटरशेड विकास विभाग , कॉवेरी भवन , बैंगलोर" प्रविष्टिप्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
6. (i ) उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 25 - बैंगलोर केन्द्रीय लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने स्तंभ (2 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 3 - अपर आयुक्त, बृहत बैंगलोर महानगर पालिका , पूर्व जोन , एम.जी. रोड, बैंगलोर " के स्थान पर " उपायुक्त ब्यातारामनापुरा , बृहत बंगलुरू महानगर पालिका, बैंगलोर " प्रविष्टिप्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
(ii) उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथादर्शित 25 - बैंगलोर केन्द्रीय लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने

स्तंभ (2 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 6- महा प्रबन्धक , कृष्णा भाग्य जल निगम नियामिता , के.आर. सर्किल , पी. डब्ल्यूडी ऐनेक्सी , बैंगलोर " के स्थान पर " संयुक्त निदेशक ( नगर सुधार ) निदेशक , नगर प्रशासन , बैंगलोर " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
7. (i) उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ में यथादर्शित प्रविष्टि 26- बैंगलोर दक्षिण लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के स्थान पर स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 1 - संयुक्त आयुक्त , बृहत बंगलूरू महानगर पालिके , दासराहल्ली बैंगलोर " के स्थान पर " सचिव , कर्नाटक शहरी जल आपूर्ति तथा ड्रेनेज कोई बैंगलोर " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10th February, 2009
O.N. 22 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation ofthe People Act, 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its notification No. 434/KT/2008 ( 2 ) , dated 29-8-2008 subsequently amended from time to time namely :-
1. In the column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification , existing entry no " 7 - Deputy Director of Land Records , Belgaum" against I - Chikkodi Parliamentary Constituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substi- tuted by the entry " Technical Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner and ex - officio Deputy Director of Land Records , Belgaum . "
2. In the column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification, existing entry " 2 - Deputy Secretary , (Admn.) , Zilla Panchayat , Gulbarga " against 5 - Gulbarga (SC) Parliamentary Constituency as shown in the column (1) , shall be substituted by the entry " Deputy Commis- sioner Commercial Taxes , Audit- 1 , Gulbarga Dn . Gulbarga " .
3. In the column (2) of the table appended to the said notification , existing entry " 1 - Deputy Director Land Records , Mini Vidhana Soudha, Chikkanayakahalli " against 19- Tumkur Assembly Constituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substituted by the entry " Deputy Director Land Records , Mini Vidhana Soudha , Tumkur" .
4. In the column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification , existing entry " 4 - House Rent Controller, SouthEast Range , Podium Block, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Veedhi , Bangalore " against 23 - Bangalore Rural Parliamentary Con- stituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substituted by the entry " Special Land Acquisition Officer , Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore" .

5.(i) In the column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification , existing entry " 5 - Project Director , GBWASP, BWSSB, Cauveri Bhavan , Bangalore" against 24-Bangalore North Parliamentary Constituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substituted by the entry "Administrative Officer, Watershed Development Depart- ment, Cauvery Bhavan , Bangalore" .
6. (i) In the column (2) of the table appended to the said notification , existing entry " 3 - Additional Commis- sioner, Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike , East Zone, M.G. Road, Bangalore " against 25 -Bangalore Central Parliamentary Constituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substituted by the entry "Deputy Commissioner, Byatarayanapura, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, Bangalore".
(ii) In the column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification, existing entry " 6 -General Manager ,

Krishna Bhagya Jal Nigama Niyamita, KR Circle, PWD Annexe, Bangalore " against 25 - Bangalore Central Parlia- mentary Constituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substituted by the entry " Joint Director (Municipal Reforms) Director of Municipal Administration , Bangalore" .
7. ( i) In the column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification, existing entry " 1 - Joint Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike , Dasarahalli , Bangalore" against 26-Bangalore South Parliamentary Constituency as shown in the column ( 1 ) , shall be substi- tutedby the entry " Secretary, Karnataka Urban Water Sup- ply and Drinage Board , Bangalore" .
