का.आ. 550(अ).वायुयान नियमावली , 1937 के नियम 3क के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , 6 अक्तूबर , 1994 को भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित तत्कालीन नागर विमानन एवं पर्यटन मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की तारीख 4 अक्तूबर , 1994 के सं. का.आ. 727 ( अ) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामशः :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रथम अनुसूची में , कॉलम 2 में उपमहानिदेशक , नागर विमानन , " ( उपमहानिदेशक नागर विमानन , अनुसंधान एवं विकास के सिवाय ) " के समक्ष कॉलम 1 के नीचे " 64 से 92 तक " अंकों और शब्दों के लिए " 64 से 86 तक , 90 से 92 तक" अंकों और शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पण :-मूल अधिसूचना तारीख 4 अक्तूबर , 1994 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 727( अ ) द्वारा सरकारी राजपत्र मेंप्रकाशित की गई थी और तारीख 20 जनवरी , 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 365 द्वारा अंतिम संशोधन किया गया था ।

MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th February, 2009
S.O. 550(E) . In pursuance of sub-rule ( 1 ) of rule 3A of the Aircraft Rules , 1937, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the then Ministry ofCivilAviation and Tourism No. S.O. 727 (E) , dated the 4th October , 1994 published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (ii ) , dated the 6th October , 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, in the First Schedule , in column 2, against the entry "Deputy Director General of CivilAviation (except Deputy Director General of Civil Aviation Research and Development) " under column 1 , for the figures and word "64 to 92 " , the figures and word "64 to 86, 90 to 92 " shall be substituted.
