का.आ. 559(अ). भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में दिनांक 24 जून , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1542( अ) की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है । उक्त अधिसूचना के शीर्षक ' संशोधन ' के नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तम्भ 4 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए : -
" भू-उपयोग परिवर्तित
( i ) आंतरिक रोड सरकुलेशन सहित सार्वजनिक 6.20 हैक्टेयर और अर्द्ध- सार्वजनिक सुविधाएं (लिवर और बाइलिएरी विज्ञान संस्थान )
0.30 हैक्टेयर " (ii ) मनोरंजन ( स्पोर्ट्स काम्प्लैक्स) .

S.O. 559 (E) .- Attention is invited to Notification No. S.O. 1542 (E) dated 24th June, 2008 in Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ) of Gazette of India, Extraordinary . In the said Notification , Column 4 in the table under heading 'Modification' , shall be corrected to read as under :-
"Land use changed to
(i) Public and Semi -Public Facilities ( Institute 6.20 ha ofLiver & Biliary Sciences) including internal road circulation
(ii) Recreational (Sports Complex) 0.30ha" [No. K- 13011/24/2005 -DDIB] -P. K. SANTRA , Under Secy .
