का.आ. 2683 (अ) . राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, गृह मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 19 अक्तूबर, 1966 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3159 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,
(क) क्रम संख्या 9 , 31 , 32 , 37 और 47 तथा इनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को हटाया जाएगा ।
(ख) अंत में, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अंतःस्थापित किया
जाएगा:-
" बशर्ते कि भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2683 ( अ) , दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर , 2009 के द्वारा क्रम संख्या 9 , 31 , 32 , 37 और 47 तथा इनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियोंको हटाने से उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पहले की गई किसी भी प्रकार की कार्रवाई अथवा किए गए किसी भी कार्य पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा । "

New Delhi , the 26th October , 2009
S.O. 2683 (E) .- In pursuance ofclause ( 1) ofArticle 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby amends the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 3159 , dated the 19th October , 1966, namely:
In the Schedule to the said notification ,-
(a) The serial numbers 9 , 31 , 32, 37 and 47 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
(b) at the end , the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-
"Provided that the omission of the serial numbers 9 , 31 , 32, 37 and 47 and the entries relating thereto , vide notification of the Government of India number S. O. 2683 (E), dated the 26th October , 2009 , shall not affect to any action taken or anything done beforc the date of publication of said notification . "

का.आ. 2684(अ).-दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 66 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 490क के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम के निम्नलिखित उपबंधों के अन्तर्गत केन्द्र सरकार की शक्तियां, केन्द्र सरकार के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन तथा अगले आदेशों तक, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा प्रयोग की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
(क) धारा 3 क की उप- धारा ( 2 ) , इस शर्त के अध्यधीन कि कोई भी आदेश केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से पारित कियाजाए;

(d) Sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 52 ;
(ख) धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) , इस शर्त के अध्यधीन कि कोई भी आदेश केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से पारित किया जाए;
(e) Section 54 , subject to the condition that appointment of the Commissioner may be made after obtaining the prior approval of the Central Government;
(ग ) धारा 6 , इस शर्त के अध्यधीन कि कोई भी आदेश केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से पारित किया जाए;

(च) धारा 55;
(j) Clause (c) of Section 202;
(k) Section 330A;
(छ) धारा 56 की उप- धारा (2) ;
(1) Sub - section (2) of Section 372 ;
(ज) धारा 57;
(m) Sub - section ( 2) of Section 427;
(n) Sub - section (2) of Section 480;
( झ) धारा 102 के परन्तुक के खण्ड ( ग ) का उप -खण्ड ( i ) और खण्ड ( घ);
(0) Section489;
(ञ) धारा 202 का खण्ड ( ग ) ;
(ट) धारा 330क;
(ठ) धारा 372 की उप- धारा (2);
(p) Section 490 , subject to the condition that the previous approval of the Central Government shall be obtained before an order of dissolution ismade; and
(ड) धारा 427 की उप- धारा (2 );
( q) Section 512 .
(ढ) धारा 480 की उप- धारा ( 2) ;
(ण) धारा 489;

NOTIFICATION
का. आ. 2685( अ) . संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रपति , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 29 अप्रैल, 1967 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1458 को निरस्त करती हैं, सिवाय उन कार्यों के जो ऐसे निरसन से पहले किए गए थे या किए जाने के लिए हटा दिए गए थे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th October , 2009 S.O. 2684 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 490A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957) ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers of the Central Government under the following provisions of the said Act shall , subject to the control of the Central Government and until further orders , be exercised by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi , namely:----
(a) Sub - section ( 2) of Section 3A , subject to the condition that any order may be passed with the previous approval of the Central Government;
S.O. 2685 ( E ) . In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of Article 239 of the Constitution , the President hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Home Affairs , number S.O. 1458 , dated the 29th April , 1967 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission .
