का.आ. 2703(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्रतिस्पर्धा अधिनियम , 2002 (2003 का 12 ) की धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 8 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री अनुराग गोयल को 2 सितम्बर , 2009 ( अपराह्न ) से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त होने तक, जो भी पूर्वत्तर हो , भारत के प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
2. उनकी सेवा के निबंधन और शर्तें , भारत के प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोग ( अध्यक्ष और अन्य सदस्यों के वेतन भत्ते और सेवा के अन्य निबंधन और शर्तें ) नियम , 2003 , जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 6 अक्तूबर , 2003 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 784 ( अ ) तारीख 6 अक्तूबर, 2003 द्वारा यथाअधिसूचित किए गए थे , शासित होंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th October, 2009
S.O.2703 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 8 read with sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Competition Act, 2002 ( 12 of 2003 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Anurag Goel as Member ofthe Competition Commission of India with effect from 2nd September, 2009 ( afternoon) for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 65 years or until further orders , whichever is the earliest .
2. The terms and conditions of his service will be governed by Competition Commission of India (Salary , Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members ) Rules , 2003 as notificd vide notification No. G.S.R. 784 ( E) dated 6th October , 2003 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) .
