का.आ. 2689(अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2009 का 10) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 27 अक्तूबर, 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

New Delhi , the 27th October, 2009
S.O. 2689 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act , 2008 (10 of 2009) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of October , 2009 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.

का.आ. 2690(अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 21 ) की धारा 70 ख की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय कंप्यूटर आपात मोचन दल, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, संवार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स निकेतन , 6 केंद्रीय सरकार कार्यालय काम्प्लेक्स, नई दिल्ली को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अभिकरण के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
