'का.आ. 2701( अ ). अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 25 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित धारा 4 के खंड (ङ) द्वारी प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार कु. के. सुजाता राव , सचिव, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली को एतद्वारा श्री नरेश दयाल के स्थान पर अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली के एक सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है और उस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 7 फरवरी , 2005 के का.आ. 172( अ) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की दिनांक 7 फरवरी , 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. वी-16011/ 1/2004- एम.ई.- I ( ii ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जानी चाहिए, अर्थात्:-
" 2. कु. के. सुजाता राव ,
सचिव,
स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ,
नईदिल्ली। "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th October, 2009
S.O. 2701 ( E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Clause ( e) of Section 4, read with sub- section ( 3) of Section 6 ofthe All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act , 1956 (25 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby nominates Ms. K. Sujatha Rao, Secretary , Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , New Delhi to be a member of All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi in place of Shri Naresh Dayal and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in theMinistry ofHealth and Family Welfare , number V - 16011 / 1/2004 -ME- I ( ii) , dated the 7th February, 2005 , published inthe Gazette of India , Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) vide S.O. 172(E ) , dated 7th February, 2005 :---
Inthe said notification, for serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry should be substituted , namely:--
" 2. Ms. K. Sujatha Rao,
Secretary,
Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare , New Delhi" .
