का.आ. 2704(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 ( समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित ) के पैरा 1.3 तथा पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 3 (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
1. विदेश व्यापार नीति के पैराग्राफ 2.1.2 को निम्नलिखित रूप से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :
"डी. पी. आर . के. को/से , निम्नलिखित मदों का प्रत्यक्ष अथवा अप्रत्यक्ष निर्यात और आयात , चाहे उसका उद्गम कोरिया लोकतांत्रिक जनतांत्रिक गणराज्य ( डी. पी. आर. के. ) में हुआ हो अथवा नहीं, निषिद्ध किया जाता है :
दस्तावेज एस/2006/814 , एस/2006/ 815 ( एस/2009 /2005 सहित ) , एस/2009/364 और एस/2006/853 ( संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद् दस्तावेज ) , आई एन एफ सी आई आर सी/254/रेव. 9/ भाग 1 क और आई एत एफ सी आई आर सी/254/रेव. 7/भाग 2क ( आई ए ई ए दस्तावेज ) की सूचियों में उल्लिखित सहित सभी मदों , सामग्री उपकरण, माल और प्रौद्योगिकी जो डी. पी . आर. के. के आणविक संबंधी, बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल संबंधी अथवा अन्य व्यापक जनसंहार के हथियारों संबंधी कार्यक्रमों में योगदान दे सकते हैं । "

S.O. 2704(E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation ) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, ( as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014:-
1. Paragraph 2.1.2 of the Foreign Trade Policy stands substituted as follows : --
"Direct or indirect export and import of following items, whether or not originating in Democratic People's Republic of Korea ( DPRK ), to / from , DPRK is prohibited :
All items , materials equipment , goods and technology including as set out in list in documents S/2006 / 814 , S/2006/ 815 ( including S /2009/ 205 ) , S/2009/364 and S/ 2006 / 853 ( United Nations Security Council Documents ) INFCIRC / 254 /Rev. 9 /Part la and INFCIRC/254/Rev . 7 /Part 2a ( IAEA documents ) which could contribute to DPRK'snuclear - related, ballistic missile - related or other weapons of mass destruction - related programmes. "
