का.आ. 2705( अ ). यतः मै. डीएलएफ लिमिटेड ने प्लॉट सं. टीपी-2 , इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेट , राई, सोनीपत , हरियाणा में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संबंधित सेवाओं हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) , जिसे एतद्दश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है , की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत प्रस्ताव किया गया है ;
और , यतः , केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2097( अ) दिनांक 22 अगस्त, 2008 द्वारा प्लॉट सं. टीपी -2 , इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेट , राई , सोनीपत , हरियाणा में 10.2498 हेक्टेयर का कुल क्षेत्र अधिसूचित किया है ;
और यतः डीएलएफ लिमिटेड , ने प्लॉट सं. टीपी-2 , इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेट , राई , सोनीपत , हरियाणा में 10.2498 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव भी किया है और केन्द्र सरकार ने 5 जून , 2009 को अनधिसूचित करने हेतु अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;
अतः अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा पदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में 22 अगस्त, 2008 को सं. का.आ. 2097 ( अ) दिनांक 22 अगस्त, 2008 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय ( वाणिज्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना को निरस्त करती है , सिवाय उन चीजों के जो ऐसे निरसन के पूर्व कारित की गई है या कारित किए जाने से निवारित की गई है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th October, 2009
S.O. 2705 ( E ) . Whereas M / s . DLF Limited , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Plot No. TP - 2 , Industrial Estate , Rai , Sonepat in the State of Haryana ;
And whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , has notified the total area of 10.2498 hectares at Plot No. TP- 2, Industrial Estate , Rai , Sonepat in the State of Haryana as Special Economic Zone in the Government of India , Ministry ofCommerce and Industry Notification No. S.Q. 2097 (E) , dated 22nd August , 2008 ;
And whereas M/s . DLF Limited has proposed to de - notify an area of 10.2498 hectares at Plot No. TP -2 , Industrial Estate , Rai , Sonepat in the State of Haryana and the Central Government has granted letter of approval for denotification at Haryana on 5th June , 2009;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce ) dated 22nd day ofAugust , 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number S.O. 2097 (E) dated the 22nd August, 2008 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission .
