सा.का.नि. 785(अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963का 38 ) की धारा 3 ( 1 ) ( ग) ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करके और भारत सरकार के पहले के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग ( पत्तन स्कंध ) कीदिनांक 11 जुलाई, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 515 (अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 19 मार्च , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 193(अ ) , दिनांक 21 अप्रैल , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 295 (अ) , दिनांक 1 मई, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 325 ( अ ) , औरदिनांक 9 मई , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 356 ( अ ) के क्रम में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 15 के बाद निम्नलिखित को दिनांक 31-3-2010 तक मुरगाँव पत्तन के न्यासी- बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है :

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th October , 2009
G.S.R. 785 (E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section ( 3 ) ( 1 ) ( c) ( ii) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) , and in continuation of the Notification ofthe Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofShipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping Ports Wing, No. G.S.R. 193(E), dated 19th March, 2008, No. G.S.R. 295 (E) , dated 21st April 2008 , No.G.S.R. 325 (Ε), dated 1st May, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 356( E) , dated 9th May , 2008, read with No. G.S.R. 515(E), dated 11th July, 2008 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following as trustees after serial number 15 of the said notification on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mormugao up to 31-3-2010.
