सं. भा.आ.प. 2 (1 )/2009-पेडि. मिस./46502.- भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 102 ) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए, " भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्विनियमावली , 2000 " में पुनः संशोधन करने हेतु, भ्ररितीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्, केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , नामतः :-

Misc./46502.-In exercise ofpowers conferred by Section 33 of the Indian Medical Council Act , 1956 ( 102 of 1956) , the Medical Council of India with the previous approval ofthe Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the "Medical Council of India Regulations , 2000 " , namely:-
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों को " भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्विनियमावली ( संशोधन) , 2009- भाग- II " कहा जाए
1. (i ) These Regulations may be called the "Medical Council of India Regulations, (Amendment) 2009-Part - II".
( ii ) वे सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
(ii) They shall come into force from the date of theirpublication in the Official Gazette .
2. " भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् विनियमावली संशोधन, 2000" में निम्नलिखित परिवर्धन/संशोधन/विलोप/प्रतिस्थापन दर्शाए जाएंगे:-
2. In the "Medical Council of India Regulations , 2000" , the following additions/ modifications /deletions/ substitutions , shall be as indicated therein :-
3. भाग- XI- भारतीय मेडिकल रजिस्टर, विनियम-62 के अंत में " राज्य आयुर्विज्ञान परिषदों द्वारा पंजीकरण की सूचना " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जायेगा :-
3. In PART- IX- INDIAN MEDICAL . REGISTER, at the end of Regulations -62, under the heading " Intimation ofRegistration by State Medical Councils ", the following shall be added:-
" इसमें विफल हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप , समय -समय पर परिषद् द्वारा निर्धारित किया गया जुर्माना किया जायेगा जो चूक कर्ता राज्य आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् द्वारा भुगतान योग्य होगा । "
" failure thereof shall result in imposition of such finc payable by the erring State Medical Council as would be prescribed by the Council from time totime."

FootNote: The Principal Regulations namely, "Medical Council of India Regulations , 2000 " were published in Part III , Section 4 ofthe Gazette of India on the 15th November, 2000 and amended vide notification dated 23-09-2009 .
