का.आ. 2708(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधिनियम, 1978 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) और नियम 4 के उप-नियम (2 ) के साथ पठित बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 62 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री हुमायूं रजा , भूतपूर्व विधान सभा सदस्य को उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए केन्द्रीय सलाहकार समिति के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) तारीख 2 फरवरी , 2009 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 383 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 फरवरी , 2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम संख्यांक 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियोंके स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" 1. श्री हुमायूं रजा, भूतपूर्व विधान सभा सदस्य , -अध्यक्ष " ग्राम-खानाबाड़ी,
धारापुर,
जिला- मुर्शिदाबाद,
पश्चिमी बंगाल ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th October , 2009
S.O. 2708 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Beedi Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1976 (62of 1976) read with sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 3 and sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Beedi Workers Welfare Fund Rules , 1978 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Humayun Reza, Ex- MLA, as Chairman of the Central Advisory Committee and for the said purpose , makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, number S.O. 383 ( E) , dated the 2nd February, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii) , dated the 2nd February , 2009, namely:
In the said notification , for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:----
" 1. Shri Humayun Reza, Ex - MLA , -Chairman "
