का.आ. 2709 (अ). पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोगकर्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम 1962 ( 1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, नीचे दी गई सारणी के कालम ( 1 ) में वर्णित प्राधिकारी को अनुसूची के कालम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों के संबंध में आयल एंड नेचुरल गैस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा गुजरात राज्य में तेल/गैस /जल के परिवहन के लिए पाइपलाइनें बिछाने के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा प्राधिकृत करती है, अर्थात: -

New Delhi , the 27th October , 2009
S.O. 2709 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minrals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby authorizes the authorizes the authority mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the table given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for laying of pipelines for transportation of gas/ oil/water in the state of Gujarat by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited in respect of the areas specified in column (2) of the Schedule namely:-
