सा.का.नि. 787 (अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 ( 1 ) ( ग ) ( i ) ( 7 ) और 3 ( 1 ) ( ग ) ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करके और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन स्कंध ) की दिनांक 9 अक्तूबर , 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 742 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का.नि. 80 ( अ) और दिनांक 26 मई, 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि 357 ( अ ) के क्रम में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 11 के बाद निम्नलिखित को दिनांक 31-3-2011 तक तूतीकोरिन पत्तन न्यास के बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है :-

In exercise of powers conferred by Section (3 ) ( 1 )(c)( i) (7) and 3 ( 1 )(c)( ii ) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , and in continuation of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofShipping (Ports Wing) , No. G.S.R. 80 (E), dated 6th February, 2009 , No. G.S.R. 357 (E) dated 26th May, 2009 and read with No.G.S.R. 742 (E) dated9th October, 2009, the Central Government hereby appoints the following as trustee after serial number 11 ofthe said Notification on the Board of Trustees of Tuticorin Port Trust up to 31-3-2011 :
