का.आ. 2714(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार निर्यात (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 17 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ताजी , प्रशीतित और प्रसंस्कृत मछली और मछली उत्पाद के निर्यात ( क्वालिटी नियंत्रण , निरीक्षण और मानिटरिंग ) नियम, 1995 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम ताजी , प्रशीतित और प्रसंस्कृत मछली और मछली उत्पाद निर्यात ( क्वालिटी नियंत्रण निरीक्षण और मानिटरिंग ) संशोधन नियम, 2009 है ।
होंगे । (2 ) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
2. ताजी , प्रशीतित और प्रसंस्कृत मछली और मछली उत्पाद के निर्यात (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण निरीक्षण और मानिटरिंग ) नियम, 1995 के (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात मूल नियम कहा गया है ) नियम 6 के पश्चात् उपनियम 6.2 के निम्नलिखित उपनियम अंतः स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 6.3 स्थापना जल संवर्धित उत्पादों को केवल भारतीय तटीय जल कृषि प्राधिकरण ( सीएएआई ) /पदनामित प्राधिकरण द्वारा रजिस्ट्रीकृत फर्म से ही उपाप्त करेंगी और उनकी मानिटरिंग , सक्षम प्राधिकारी की निगरानी के अधीन की जाएगी । "

3. उक्तमूल नियम के उपाबंध- VII के पश्चात् उपखंड 1.2 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
" 2. ताजी, प्रसंस्कृत , प्रशीतित या शीतित पैकेज और पैक किया हुआ जल कृषि मछली तथा मछली उत्पाद उसी फर्म से उपाप्त करेंगे जिसे भारत के तटीय जल कृषि प्राधिकरण/ पदनामित प्राधिकरण द्वारा रजिस्ट्रीकरण संख्यांक दिया गया हो । "

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY
Act, 1963 (22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export of Fresh, Frozen, and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control , Inspection and Monitoring) Rules, 1995 :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Export ofFresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control , Inspection and Monitoring) Amendment Rules,2009.
(2) They shall come in force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. IntheExport of Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products ( Quality Control Inspection and Monitoring) Rules , 1995 , ( hereinafter referred to as the principal rules ) in rule 6 after sub- rule 6.2 the following sub- rule shall be inserted, namely:
"6.3 . The establishments shall procure aquaculture products only from farms registered with Coastal Aqua- cultureAuthority of India (CAAI ) / Designated Authori- ties and monitored under the surveillance of Competent Authority:"

3. In the said principal rules , in Annexure - VII , after sub-clause 1.2, the following clause shall be inserted namely:-
"2. The packages of Fresh , Processed , Frozen or chilled and packed Aquacultured Fish and Fishery products shall bear the registration number allotted by Coastal Aquaculture Authority of India/Designated Au- thorities to the farm from which the aquaculture products are procured."
